摘要
本文阐述连铸机拉矫辊温度场的工业性测试方法,通过实心和空心拉矫辊的温度场实测,分别找出了温度沿辊径向与周向的变化关系以及辊温度随时间的变化关系。用有限差分法和有限单元法计算的结果分别同实测结果相对比,两者吻合较好。作者经过分析,得出了一些有意义的结论,并为板坯连铸机拉矫辊的热应力计算提供了必要的数据。
This paper deals with the industrial measuring method of temperature field in rollers of slab continuous casting machine. Using the data of field of temperatures measured at solid rollers and hollow rollers, respectively, the variations of temperature change along radius and circumference of the rollers and the relation of the temperature with time have been worked out respectively. The results calculated by use of finite difference method and finite element method are all in good agreement with the experimental results. According to the authors' analyses, some significant conclusions have been made and necessary data for calculating thermal stress across the rollers of slab continuous casting machine have been provided.
