连铸方坯感应补热过程的有限元模拟 被引量:3

The Finite Element Simulation of Continuous Casting of Square Billet During the Induction Heating

摘要 根据电磁感应理论及传热基本原理,利用ANSYS对连铸方坯的感应补热过程进行了多物理场耦合的有限元模拟;对铸坯断面上的温度梯度、磁场分布、铸坯在感应器内的吸收功率等进行了分析,所得结果与实测符合的较好,从而对“热送直轧”新工艺的开发与应用提供了重要参考依据。 This paper simulates the induction heating process of the continuous casting of square billet according to electromagnetic induction and heat exchange theory by great engineering software ANSYS. It analyses the distribution of the temperature after induction heating, the dissipated power and the density of magneiic force line in the square billet that provides important reference bade for the good use of induction heating equipment.
