摘要
介绍了加工中心在线检测系统的组成、工作原理和工作过程。对测头的工作原理以及BLUM测头测量循环的功能和使用方法进行了介绍。该系统可实现测量程序自动生成以及测量结果软件补偿。引入微机使得测量程序编写由原来复杂的手工编写转变为微机交互界面操作,并使复杂的综合误差补偿成为可能。
The structure,the principle and the working process of online inspecting system for machine center is tntroduced in tnts paper,The principle of the probe,the programming method of the BLUM touch trigger probe are also introduced.This system may realize the measuring program automatically generating and the measurement result software compensates,With the computer,the complex manual programming is replaced by computer interface and automatic generation measuring program,the complex computation becomes possible.
