摘要
阐述了球型摄像机云台同步带传动反向误差和偏心误差对于传动精度的影响,建立了误差数学模型,并对传动误差进行了数值模拟。提出了基于归一化互相关算法的预置位精度软件补偿控制方法,并采用基于减少搜索点的方式对归一化互相关算法进行了改进,通过对2幅相似图片进行图像匹配获取误差补偿的数值。为了验证上述优化设计的合理性,进行了预置位精度测试。结果表明:减小同步带反向间隙和同步轮偏心误差,有利于预置位误差的降低;采用误差软件补偿将预置位精度提高了60%以上。
The effects of backward error and eccentricity error of PTZ synchronous belt drive on the transmission preci- sion are expounded, the error mathematical model is established, and the numerical simulation of the transmission error is carried out. A software compensation control method for the presetting position precision based on the normalized cross-correlation algorithm is presented, the normalized cross-correlation algorithm is improved through decreasing the searching points. The error offset value is obtained through the image matching of two similar pictures. To verify the ra- tionality of the optimum design method, the experiments on presetting position accuracy were carried out. The results in- dicate that reducing backlash and eccentric errors of synchronous belt transmission can decrease the presetting position error;the presetting position accuracy is improved by more than 60% with error software compensation.
