摘要
在加工中心机床和专用检测设备上进行复杂模具零件数控加工和精度检测,因检测内容较多,容易造成重复装夹、耗费时间和人力以及增加人为操作误差的问题。本文运用Mastercam软件在线检测模块宏程序自动编程方法,设置雷尼绍触发测头参数,选择规划零件检测几何要素和测头动作路径;与数控机床内置的检测宏程序相结合,生成加工中心测头程序进行在线检测,智能判断标注加工精度超差坐标位置。拓展了数控机床的功能,减少了零件在加工机床和检测设备之间的流转时间,形成了智能化的数控加工质量控制闭环体系,提高了加工精度质量和效率。
Due to the large amount of testing content, it is easy to cause problems such as repeated installation, time and labor-consuming and human operation errors when performing CNC machining and precision testing of complex mold parts on machining center machine tools and special testing equipment.In this paper, the Mastercam online inspection module macro program automatic programming method is used, the Renishaw trigger side head parameters is set, and the planned part inspection geometric elements and probe motion path is selected.Combined with the built-in inspection macro program of the CNC machine tools, the probe program of the machining center is generated for online inspection, and the out-of-tolerance coordinate position of the machining accuracy is intelligently judged.The function of CNC machine tools is expanded, the circulation time of parts between processing machine tools and testing equipment is reduced, and an intelligent closed-loop system of CNC machining quality control is formed, which improves the quality and efficiency of machining accuracy.
