摘要
为了提高三维测头集成度和测量精度,设计了一种基于柔性铰链的整体式三维测头机构.通过分析柔性铰链机构和其力学特性,建立了柔性铰链机构转角与受外力作用之间的关系.在计算柔性铰链转角的基础上,给出了柔性铰链的弹性系数k的数学表达式.由理论分析可知,测头受力F和工作台位移δ呈线性关系,从理论上保证了测量精度.
For the purpose of enhance the integration and measuring accuracy of three-dimensional probe, a flexible hinge based integral 3D probe mechanism is designed in this paper. The flexible hinge and its mechanical characteristics is analyzed, the relationship between rotation angle of the flexible hinge mech- anism and its load is established. On the basis of calculating the rotation angle, the mathematical expression of coefficient of elasticity k of the flexible hinge is derived. According to the analysis results, the relationship between load F and displacement δ is linear, thus the accuracy of measurement can be ensured in theory.
