摘要
目的:了解目前河南省乡村医生的基本情况和现阶段向执业(助理)医师过渡中存在的主要问题,为乡村医生执业过渡提出对策建议。方法:采用典型抽样的方法,选取河南省的两个县长葛县和西峡县,以问卷调查的形式进行。结果:调查结果表明河南省十分重视农村卫生人员素质的提高,特别是在教育培训、人才引进等方面成绩突出。但是也存在许多困难,比如乡村医生执业考试通过率低,后继乏人,培训费用过高,养老无保障等。结论:结合河南省目前乡村医生执业化面临的主要困难,建议在考试培训的内容和方式,培训费用,养老保险制度等方面做出改革,使河南省乡村医生执业化进程加快。
Objective ： The aim of this study was to analyze the actuality and question of the conversion of village doctors to licensed （assistant） doctors in Henan province. Methods： This study used a typical sample method, and sampled two counties were Changge and Xixia. The survey conducted a comprehensive investigation to the two counties＇ village doctors. Results： The result showed that Henan providence have done a lot of work to make the conversion quickly, and the results are better than the whole country average level . however, there are still exist many problems, such as lower quality, and their age structure, educational structure and the unreasonable endowment insurance system and so on. Conclusions： Considering the main problems of the conversion of Henan, this paper suggests that Henan province should reform the mode, training and retirement system. All these reforms are to make this conversion quickly.
