摘要
通过对河南省定单定向医学生的就业意愿进行问卷调查显示:年级越高,服务农村的意愿越低;该群体农村"过路客"心理呈普遍化趋势;依靠医疗技术创业成为部分学生的选择。这需要政府结合实际,变农村不利的职业环境为理想职场,用政策引导人,用创业成就人,用事业发展留住人,从而吸引医学生长住农村,服务农民。
Based on questionnaire survey of the order directional medical students＇employment orientation in Henan prov- ince, the paper can conclude：in the higher the grade, the wishes of the rural service are the lower; the rural “GuoLuKe”psy- chological is generalization trend in this group; Relying on medical technology to venture are the choice in some student＇s. This requires the government make the policy combined with the reality, changeing the rural adverse career environment to ideal work- place, guiding person by polices, improving person by venture, absorbing person by development in order to make students stay in rural and service the farmers.
