摘要
乡村医生是农村基层卫生保健体系的核心构成要素。但是,目前乡村医生正面临待遇不高、执业资格缺乏、培训与需求失衡、新农合冲击、养老保险缺失和"后继乏人"等困境。因此,必须建立和完善乡村医生关爱保障机制,建立引入培养机制稳定乡村医生队伍,加大村卫生室的投入与管理力度,提高乡村医生的整体素质和水平,开设单独的乡村医生职业资格考试认证体系,把村卫生室纳入新农合门诊机构中,解决好乡村医生的待遇及养老问题,努力筑牢我国农村卫生事业的基础性防线。
The village doctors poor treatment, the lack of qualifi constitute the core in China＇s rural primary health care system. However, their current cation and training and pension insurance, the impact of the new rural medical cooperative and the lack of their successors and other problems are affecting the system. Therefore, we must establish and improve the mechanism for their protection and care. We must increase investment in village clinics and its management, improve the overall quality of rural doctors, set up a separate vocational qualifications certification system for rural doctors, improve and protect the treatment of rural doctors and their pensions to build a strong foundation for China＇s rural health care.
