摘要
针对刀具切削状态的监测和识别,讨论了传感信息融合、特征信息融合和决策信息融合三个不同层次的结构,以加工过程中的负载程度给出了三种不同的监测和识别准则及结构,并以神经网络为综合过程的工具,建立了刀具切削状态的多传感器信息综合方法.实例验证了此方法的可行性和实用性.
Describes three different structures of sensor information fusion and char-acteristic information fusion and strategic information in accordance with monitoringand identifying cutting tools states.
