摘要
提出了一种用于刀具破、磨损监测的新型非接触声发射传感器,它直接利用空气作为声发射信号传导介质,便于安装使用.实验证明,该传感器具有较高的灵敏度和抗干扰能力.并可应用于其它声发射监测的场合.
A new hoe of contactless acoustic emission sensor is presented. Using air as the signal conducting medium. it can conveniently be used as the monitor of tool damage and wear. Experiments show that it has high sensitivity and anti-disturbance ability. It can be ed in other montioring cases applying AE.
