摘要
目的论述自动化刀具切削状态监控仪原理及组成结构.方法在流体声发射和电机电流传感方案的基础上,讨论以不同切削负载为条件的监控原理,论述其硬件和软件的组成和结构.结果该监控仪可通过并行接口与机床控制系统通讯,实现刀具切削状态监控的自动化.结论大量实验和应用表明,此监控仪具有很高的监测成功率和可靠性,已进入实用化阶段.
Aim To present principle and structure of automatic monitor of cutting tool states Methods On the basis of monitoring scheme of liquid acoustic emission (AE) and motor current sensing, the monitoring principles for cutting tool states on condition of different cutting loads were discussed The hardware and software structures of the intelligent monitor were presented Results It can communicate with machining system controller through parallel interface to automatically monitor cutting tool states Conclusion High ratio of monitoring succession and reliability were verified by lots of experiments and applications so as to be applied actually
