High Temperature Salts Tolerant Thixotropic Cement Composition TY-Ⅱ for Plugging Channellings and Remedying Casing Leakoff

摘要 在高温高盐的中原油田,常用水泥类堵刺用于封窜堵套漏时易漏失,为此研制了触变型超细水泥封窜堵漏荆TY-Ⅱ。设定堵剂的稠化时间在≤60℃时为4~6h,在90℃及以上时为7~8h,以静切力为主要指标,考察了添加粉煤灰等的超细水泥、树脂类胶凝固化剂、无机有机复合触变性调节荆、低温促凝荆或高温缓凝荆的适宜用量。堵剂的其他组分还有悬浮剂、纤维增强剂、活性增强荆、增韧荆及pH调节荆。适宜的水灰比为0.44~0.57,固化荆加量3%,触变调节剂加量0.3%~0.5%。这一体系的G10s为4~5Pa,G10mm为13~15Pa,温度由40℃升至130℃时稠化时间从18h减至~111,用于40-60℃时需加入2%~3%促凝剂,用于120~130℃时需加入2.5%~3.0%缓凝荆。给出了该封窜堵漏剂的基本配方。用于120℃的堵荆在含盐量大于100g/L时稠化时间略有延长。90℃时岩心封堵率≥99.5%,突破压力≥40.5MPa/m。40℃、90℃、130℃下堵荆固化物抗压强度〉30MPa。介绍了现场使用工艺技术。该堵荆已成功应用于10井次封窜,3井次堵套漏,40井次分层堵水。图1表5参2。 At high temperature and high salinity Zhongyuan oil fidds, standard cement plugging slurries are easy to leak off from where placed in channelling shutoff and casing leakoff remedy jobs. To solve this problem, a thiotmpic uhrafine cement composition of type TY- Ⅱis developed. Its thickening time is designed to be in range 4--6 hrs at ≤60℃ and 7--8 hrs at ≥90℃. With gel strength G10s/G1min taken as main criterion, the feed of uhrafine cement mixed with fly ash and others, a resin as gelating/setting agent (G/SA), inorganic/organic mixed thixotropy regulator (ThR), low temperature setting promotor (SP), and high temperature setting retarder (SR) is optimized. Other constituents are suspending agent, fibrious reinforcer, activation promotor, toughening a- gent, and pH adjusting agent. The optimal composition parameters are as follows: water to cement ratio 0. 44-0. 57 ; G/SA 3% ; ThR 0.3--0.5%. For the fine cement composition formulated, G 10, is in range 4--5 Pa, G10min 13--15 Pa, thickening time is decreased from 18 to -- 1 hr as temperature raised from 40℃ to 130℃. 2-3% SP is to be introduced for use at 40--60℃ and 2.5-- 3.0% SR at 120--130℃. A basic reeept of uhrafine cement composition is formulated and presented. The uhrafine cement composition of salinity 〉100 g/L for 120℃ thickens a little slower. At 90℃ the core plugging rate is ≥99.5% and the breakthrough pressure for the plugged core is ≥40 MPa/m. The compression strength of the uhrafine cement compositions set at 40,90, and 130℃ is 〉30 MPa. The techniques and technologies of applying this composition in field are described. This composition has been used successfully in 10 channelling shutoff jobs, 3 casing leakoff remedy jobs, and 40 zonal water shutoff jobs.
