摘要
用一种工业无机胶结材料、固化剂 (混合无机盐溶液 )及触变性调节剂 (复合无机物 )配制成了具有明显触变性的堵剂浆液GX Ⅰ。详细考察了各个组份的用量对浆液初凝时间、触变性 (以浆液静切力G10s和G10min表示 )、流变性及固结体抗压强度的影响。得到了分别适用于封堵低温井大孔道、裂缝及封堵水泥环以上套漏 (无机材料用量以水灰比表示W /C =0 .4 4— 0 .5) ,封堵较高井温油井出水层 (W /C =0 .67— 1 .0 ) ,水井调剖 (W /C =1 .2— 1 .4 )的GX Ⅰ堵剂。给出了可用于 60— 90℃、初凝时间为 6— 1 0小时的 3个基本配方。用这 3个配方堵剂浆液封堵岩心 ,堵塞率 >97%。简要介绍了中原油田 1 1口井使用GX Ⅰ堵剂的良好效果 ,包括层间封窜 2口 ,堵套漏 1口 ,油井堵水 3口 ,注水井分层调剖 5口 ,详细介绍了封堵 1口注水井管外窜槽情况。
A thixotropic setting sealing fluid (slurry), GX Ⅰ , is prepared from a commercial inorgainic cementitious material, a curing solution of mixed inorganic salts and a thixotropy regulator (compounded inorganic substances). The effects of every component on the gelation time, the thixotropic( G 10s and G 10min ) and the rheologic characteristics of the slurry and on the compression strength of the setted material are investigated and the grades of GX Ⅰ for different purposes are obtained: slurry of W/C=0.44-0.5 for sealing interstratified channels and fractures and for repairing leakages through casing above cement sheath in low temperature wells; slurry of W/C=0.67-1.0 for plugging water producing zones in oil wells of higher temperatures; slurry of W/C=1.2-1.4 for plugging high water take zones in water injection wells. Three basic formulas are given for use at 60-90℃ with gelation time 6-10 hrs. With the slurry of these formulas plugging rates>97% for cores are observed. the good results of using sealing slurry GX Ⅰ in 11 wells in Zhongyuan Oil Fields are presented brieffy: sealing interstratified channels in 2 wells, repairing leakages in casing in 1 wells; water plugging in 3 production wells, and water injectivity profile modifying in 5 injection wells with description of sealing interstratified channels outside the casing of an injection well.
