摘要
介绍了以植物栲胶为主剂、甲醛为固化剂的化学灌浆材料。对栲胶种类、胶凝反应机理、胶凝时间、浆液流变特征及固结性能的初步理论分析和实验研究表明:缩合型植物栲胶可在固化剂、交联剂和催化剂的作用下,于数秒钟至180分钟内形成热固性体型高分子凝胶,并且对岩土、砂石具有良好的浸润亲和性,完全可作为钻探护壁堵漏材料。
This paper intruduces the chemical grouting material using plant tannic as main solvent, formaldehyde as solidifiable solvent. Primary theoretical analysis and experiment research have been made for the tannic kinds, condensating reaction mechanism, condensating times, fluidity and solidified character of the material. The result shows: under the action of solidifiable solvent, interconnect solvent and catalyst, the condensating plant tannic can form heat-proof high molecular gel from a few seconds to three hours, and it has a good immersible character related with rock and sand. It is able to be used as the wall-protecting and leakage-plugging.
