摘要
利用低分子量的聚丙烯酰胺与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)进行开环反应,从而制得一种改性聚丙烯酰胺。不仅在聚丙烯酰胺的侧基——酰胺基上引入可聚合的双键,而且还引入强亲水性基团-OH。用FT-IR、(?)H-NMR对改性PAM进行了表征,研究了单体GMA的浓度、反应温度、反应时间等因素对该反应的影响。使用水溶性氧化还原体系,并添加其他试剂,制备了一种新型的无毒水溶性聚丙烯酰胺灌浆材料。
Modified polyacrylamide was prepared by means offing-opening reaction of glycidyl methacrylate(GMA) with low molecular weight polyacrylamide (LMW-PAM). By this way, both polymerzationable double bond and strong hydrophilic group-hydroxyl were introduced onto side group of polyacrylamide, namely, carboxamido group. The modified PAM was characterized by FT-IR and ^1H-NMR and influences of concentration of GMA monomer, reaction temperature, reaction time on the reaction were investigated, therefore a novel nontoxic water-soluble polyacrylamide grouting material was prepared by means of water-soluble oxidation-reduction system with an addition of other agents.
