摘要
应用当归注射液对60Co－γ射线辐射损伤后的小鼠卵巢给予治疗，对治疗后卵巢组织做常规切片染色，全自动图象分析仪检测其卵巢内卵泡数目及平均面积，进行了统计学分析，结果表明，当归可使辐射损伤后的小鼠卵泡数目恢复正常，卵泡平均面积增加。
Injection of Angelica sinensis (Olive)Diels was used intraperitoneally to treat mice with injured follicles caused by 6oCo-γ radiation. The follicular tissues were sectioned and stained as usual and examined with automatic image analysor. Results showed that the number and mean area of follicles were restored to normal after A. sinensis treatment.
