摘要
应用当归注射液对60Co_γ射线辐射损伤后的小鼠卵巢组织给予治疗,连续给药30d,对治疗后的卵巢组织做组织化学反应,图像分析显示:实验对照组卵巢内卵泡细胞和卵母细胞内的DNA和RNA含量与实验用药组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结果表明:当归对辐射损伤后的小鼠卵巢组织具有保护作用。
The ovaries of mice were radiated by Co_γ rays.The mice of the experimental group were injected with injection angelica sinensis(Olive)diels intraperitoneally for 30 d.While the mice of the experimental control group were radiated by Co_γ rays(no injection of drug).The ovaries were studied by using methods of histochemistry.The image analysis showed that the contents of DNA and RNA in the experiment group were significantly diffirent(P<0.05).The experiment results indicate that angelica sinensis(Olive)diels can protect the ovaries of the mice which has been radiated by Co_γ rays.
