摘要
本文对^(60)Co-γ射线辐射损伤后的小鼠卵巢,经当归治疗后其超微结构变化的研究结果表明:对照组小鼠卵泡的细胞器于照射后第10d 出现改变,而实验组小鼠卵泡内的细胞器形态正常。
228 adult female mice were radiated by (?)o-rad:100 of them were injected by injection Angeeica sinensis(Olic)Diels intraperitoneally as experiment group,96 of them served as experiment control group,and 28 normal mice as normal control group.The ultrasturctural study of the effects of Angeli- ca sinensis(olic)Diels on the ovaries of mice radiated by (?)o-ray were made.The results were as fol- lows:(1).the volume density of mitochondria and Golgi's complex of the experiment group was in- creased more than that of the control.(2).the ultrasturcture of the ovary of the experiment group was basically recovered on 20th day of the radiation.
