摘要
目的 :研究不同剂量 60Co -γ射线照射当归、党参对其有效成分的影响。方法 :用薄层层析法进行定性分析 ,用高效液相色谱法测定当归中的阿魏酸含量 ,用苯酚 -浓硫酸法测定党参中的多糖含量。结果 :60Co -γ射线辐照两种中药材及放置0.5y后有效成分含量无显著变化 ,也不引起其成分的变化。结论 :60Co -γ射线辐照可用于当归。
OBJECTIVE:To study the influence of different dosages of 60Co-γ irradiation on the effective components of Chinese Angelica and Codonoposis Pilosulae.METHODS:Qualitative analysis was performed with TLC.The content of feluric acid in Chinese Angelica was measured with HPLC and that of polysaccharide in Codonoposis Pilosulae was determined with phenol-sulfuric acid method.RESULTS:After irradiation and 6-month storage,the quality and quantity of components of two herbs remained unchanged.CONCLUSION:60Co-γ ray irradiation can be adopted for preservation of Chinese Angelica and Codonoposis Pilosulae.
