摘要
苯甲酸与苯甲酸钠通常用作糖浆剂的防腐剂,中国药典85年版规定其限度为0.3%。测定方法为酸碱滴定法,文献报道用气相色谱法。由于苯甲酸极性强,色谱峰拖尾严重,为了降低极性,增加挥发性,本文将其衍生为甲酯。
The benzoic acid and Sodium benzoate in Syrup were first esterified with methyl alcohol and then determined on a 5%PEG-2 M column with octadecane as internal Standard.The peak was Symmetrical and the recovery was 98.5% It has Shown experimentally that this method was used with high speed,sensitivity and accuracy
