摘要
建立一种测定饮料中苯甲酸和山梨酸含量的快速反相高效液相色谱法。优化条件为:Lichrospher C1(8250mm×4.6mm,5μm)反相柱,流动相为V(甲醇)∶V(0.5g/L柠檬酸铵)=20∶80,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长225nm。苯甲酸和山梨酸的直线回归方程分别为y=5171.56x-572.13和y=5089.85x-10.65,检测范围为0~90mg/L,相关系数为0.9999,回收率达98.3%~100.3%。分离时间从20min缩短至7min。
In this paper, a rapid and sensitive method of reverse high performance liquid chromatography for simultaneously determinating the benzoec acid and sorbic acid in drinks was established .The optimized chromatographic condition was as followed: Lichrospher C18 stainless column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 p.m)was used. The mobile phase was as follows: V (methanol):V (0.5g/L(NH4)C6H5O7)=20:80, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. It was measured by an ultraviolet detector under 254 nm. The linear equation of benzoec acid and sorbic acid were y=5 171.56x-572.13 and y=5 089.85x-10.65,respectively, with the range of 0-90 mg/L and correlation coefficients of above 0.999 9.The recoveries were 98.3 %-100.3 %. The analyzing time was shortened from 20 minutes to 7 minutes.
