摘要
观察维生素Ｃ对柯萨奇Ｂ３（ＣＶＢ３）病毒的复制和对病毒感染心肌细胞的影响，结果表明：维生素Ｃ（ＶｉｔＣ）对ＣＶＢ３感染的心肌细胞具有保护作用，加ＶｉｔＣ培养２４ｈ后，随时间延长，保护作用越来越明显（Ｐ＜０．０５）；实验结果还表明：ＶｉｔＣ在细胞外并无直接灭活病毒作用，而是作用于细胞，影响病毒的复制，从而使心肌细胞得到保护。
In this paper,we studied the effect of VC on the reproduction of CVB 3 and the activity of myocardial cells which were infected by the viruses.The results showed that vitamine C (VC) protected myocardial cells from virus infection .The protection of VC to the cells incrased with cultured period ( P <0 05).Therefore,the mechanism of the protection was probably that VC affected virus proliferation by the cells,and the myocardial cells were prevented from virus infection.
