摘要
目的观察中药益心康对感染柯萨奇B_3病毒大鼠心肌细胞损伤的修复作用,探讨其作用机制。方法将中药益心康提取液作用于感染柯萨奇B_3病毒的大鼠心肌细胞,观察心肌细胞的细胞病变情况、心肌细胞存活率及心肌酶学水平的变化。结果益心康组、利巴韦林组的细胞病变率低于病毒对照组,益心康组细胞病变率低于利巴韦林组。细胞对照组、益心康组、利巴韦林组的细胞存活率高于病毒对照组(P<0.05),益心康组细胞存活率高于利巴韦林组(P<0.05)。细胞对照组、益心康组、利巴韦林组的细胞肌酸激酶、肌钙蛋白Ⅰ低于病毒对照组(P<0.05),益心康组肌酸激酶、肌钙蛋白Ⅰ低于利巴韦林组(P<0.05)。结论中药益心康具有修复感染柯萨奇B_3病毒大鼠心肌细胞损伤的作用。
Objective To observe the repairment effect of yixinkang on the rats＇ cardiomyocytes infected by CVB_3 virus. Methods Yixinkang was used on rats＇ cardiomyocytes which were infected by CVB_3 virus,the morphological changes and CPE of the rats were observed,and the survival rate of cardiomyocytes,the CK and cTnI were detected by ELISA methods. Results The CPE in cell control group,yixinkang group and ribavirin group were lighter than those of virus control group（ P〈0. 05）. The CPE of yixinkang group was lighter than that of ribavirin group（ P〈0. 05）. The cell survival rates in cell control group,yixinkang group and ribavirin group were higher than those of virus control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the rate of yixinkang group was higher than that of ribavirin group（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of CK and c Tn I in cell control group,yixinkang group and ribavirin group were lower than those of virus control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the levels in yixinkang group were lower than those of ribavirin group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Yixinkang has repairment effect on the injury of cardiomyocytes infected by CVB_3.
