摘要
作者利用体外培养新生SD大鼠心肌细胞的方法,并控制营养液中硒、钼含量各为10ppm及硒-钼合用,比较各组对柯萨奇B_3病毒复制的影响。结果表明,Se、Mo均有一定的抑制病毒在细胞内复制作用和保护心肌细胞的存活作用。Se、Mo合用确有协同作用。
Comparison of replication of Coxsackie B3 virus in myocardial cells from newborn SD rats in different groups cultured with 10 ppm of Se, Mo or both was made.There was no remarkable difference in the amount of virus multiplication and the cellular survival rate between the supplemented groups and the control on the first culturation day. However, a significant decreased rate of viral multiplication (Lgtcid50/0.1ml) was observed in these three supplemented groups on the third and the fifth culturation day, and that of the Se-Mo joint group was even remarkably lower than those of the single Se or Mo cultured groups. Meanwhile, the myocardial cell survival rate in these supplemented groups was notably higher than that of the controls, and that of the Se-Mo group was even markedly higher than those of the single Se or Mo cultured groups. These showed that Se and Mo depressed in a certain degree the replication of the virus in the cultured cells, and thus protecting the survival of cultured myocardial cells. A synergistic effect was observed between Se and Mo supplemented in the joint group.
