摘要
利用 ICP2 0 70型单道扫描光谱仪 ,进行了水产品、饲料中微量元素镉 (Cd)的测定研究 ,其检出限为 2 μg/ L,回收率为 98%~ 10 2 % ;用贻贝标样和牛肝标样对照 ,其测定数据完全在给定的标准值波动范围之内 ;分 3批测定的重现性 ,其相对标准偏差 (RSD)分别为 2 .6 %、1.5%。采用 MDS- 2 0 0 0型微波消解系统消化样品 ,简化了样品前处理步骤 ,消化时间缩短到 30 min以内 ,且消化完全 ,易于控制。用微波消解及 ICP- AES法测定水产品、饲料中的镉 ,有取样量少 ,节省试剂 ,操作灵活方便 ,基体干扰少 。
The microelement Cd in seafood and feed is detected and studied by using Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP). The detection limit is 2 μg/L, and the recovery rate is up to 98%~102%. The data of Cd detected in mussel and bovine liver standard samples are in the given range of standard values by this method, and RSD of data from three measures is respectively 2.6%、1.5%. By using microwave digestion system, the samples are digested only within 30 minutes, so the pre operation stages of the samples could be simplified, and easy to control. This method has many advantages and could obtain satisfactory detection results.
