摘要
目的:促进我院药学部提高药学服务质量。方法:用《联合委员会国际医院认证标准》(JCI标准)指导药学部的药事管理工作。结果与结论:《JCI标准》在全方位合理用药、控制医疗费用过度增长中具有不容忽视的作用,其应用实现了医院药学管理和服务模式由"以药品为中心"向"以病人为中心"的转变。
OBJECTIVE： To promote the quality of pharmaceutical care in our hospital. METHODS： The Joint Commission International （JCI） accreditation standards were used to guide the pharmaceutical administration in pharmacy department. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： JCI standards play an important role in the rational use of drugs and controlling of medical costs, and due to which, hospital pharmaceutical administration and service model has been changed from drug centered to patients - centered.
