摘要
医院药学是将药学理论应用于医院中,目前医院药学已经成为一门独立的学科.而药学管理作为医院不可缺少的部门,其是医院管理中最为重要的环节之一.但随着医疗改革的不断推进,现阶段医院药学管理方式已经难以适应现代化医院的发展.本文就医院药学部门管理现状进行分析,并针对现存的问题提出相应的解决对策.
Hospital pharmacy is the pharmacy theory applied to the hospital,the hospital pharmacy has now become an independent discipline.Pharmacological management as an indispensable part of the hospital,which is one of the most important aspects of hospital management.However,with the continuous advancement of medical reform,the pharmacy management mode of hospitals has been difficult to adapt to the development of modern hospitals at this stage.This article analyzes the current situation of hospital pharmacy management,and puts forward corresponding solutions to the existing problems.
