在社会主义市场经济体制下,医疗服务市场化客观存在,医院要走出一条有自己特色的发展之路。首先应明确医疗服务的特点,它是一种含有福利行为的公共服务,直接关系到患者健康权益的维护和保障,既有公益福利性又有经营盈利性。市场机制有促进医疗技术的进步与发展、对医患双方进行双向调节、提高医院经营与经济管理意识的多重作用。本文从引入竞争机制,在竞争中求发展,医院集团化管理和发展非基本医疗服务三方面具体阐述了发展的策略。
