摘要
本文采用不同溶剂从香荚兰豆超声提取香兰素,提取液用SPE柱预分离,然后用GC-MS分析。并与HPLC方法进行了对比。
In this study, different solvents were used to extract vanillin from vanilla bean by ultrasonic. The extraction was separated by SPE, and analysed by GC-MS. The way was compared with HPLC method as well.
