摘要
分别对香兰素的各种化学合成方法进行了阐述,给出了每种方法的原料及反应过程,对每种方法的应用现状或优缺点进行了分析,并提出了自己的观点,为香兰素的进一步研究提供参考。
several chemical synthesis method of vanillin were introduced. Not only the material and reaction pro- gress were provided but also the application Status or the merits and demerits of each method were analyzed. Personal view on synthesis of vanillin was proposed in order to guide the further study of vanillin.
