摘要
本文从理论依据和现实需求两个方面论证了在当前汉语授课背景下,时高校少数民族学生开展专业汉语教学的必要性。
Chinese language has in recent years been introduced into institutions of higher education in Xinjiang as the medium of instruction for students from ethnic minorities. In this situation it＇s therefore considered a pressing necessity to introduce Chinese language for special purposes. In some of the institutions, however, there is a tendency to neglect or weaken the teaching of Chinese language for special purposes, while the education authorties and the world of Chinese language teaching are in dispute and strong disagreement over whether Chinese language for special purposes shall be introduced into the curriculum. Based on theoretical basis and realistic demands, this paper is devoted to the necessity of, against the current background of Chinese language as the medium of instruction, introducing Chinese language for special purposes to college students from ethinic minorities, in the hope of reaching a shared view and throwing light on this issue.
