介绍了美国的管理化医疗保健制度,分析了目前我国社区卫生服务双向转诊运行中的障碍与困难。并对美国的管理化医疗在我国社区医疗服务中的应用作了探讨。
The paper introduced the management medicine health system in America, analyzed the problems and obstacles of two - way transfer treatment system in community in China, and studied the application of management medicine of America in community medical service in China.
