摘要
分析研究了当前双向转诊中普遍存在的只有单向“上转”而少有“上下都转”的现象及其原因,以战略联盟为理论依据,提出了社区卫生服务从单向“上转”完善到双向转诊的途径与对策措施。
The paper analyzed that phenomenon and the causes that there only is ＂single referral＂ but few ＂dual referral＂ during the process at the present.Based on strategic alliance theory, the paper put forward to the route and countermeasures change that situation.
