摘要
[目的]了解护患纠纷事件中护士心理健康状况与其应对方式及社会支持的相关性。[方法]采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)和社会支持量表(SSRS),对4所医院62名护士在发生护患纠纷1周内进行测试。[结果]护患纠纷事件中护士SCL-90各因子分及总均分显著高于中国常模(P<0.01);护患纠纷事件中护士的心理健康状况与其应对方式、社会支持显著相关。[结论]护患纠纷事件中护士的心理健康水平较一般人群低,管理者应注重应对方式和社会支持对护士应对护患纠纷的积极作用,进行有针对性的干预,最大限度地减轻护士的心理问题。
Objective: To find out the correlations among psychological health status, coping style and social support of nurses in nurse - patient disputing events. Method: A total of 62 nurses from 4 hospitals were investigated by filling out symptom checklist (SCL - 90), simple coping style questionnaires (SCSQ) and social support rating scale (SSRS) within one week after nursepatient dispute, Result: Both SCL - 90 factor scores and total average score of nurses in nursepatient disputes were higher than the Chinese norms significantly ( P〈 0.01 ). Psychological health states of nurses in dispute were remarkably correlated with their coping styles and social supports, Conclusion: The psychological health level of nurses in nurse - patient dispute is lower than that of general crowds. Administrators should pay attention to the active effects of coping style and social support on nurses in nurse - patient dispute. And corresponding interventions should be provided for nurses to relieve their psychological stresses in maximum.
