摘要
目的 :探索精神科特定环境中护理人员的心理健康状况。方法 :采用症状自评量表 (SCL- 90 )对在职从事精神科护理的 14 8名护士进行测查 ,并于常模比较。结果 :SCL - 90评分阳性率占3 2 .4 %。 18～ 2 9岁组敌对因子分高于常模 ,P <0 .0 5 ;3 0～ 3 9岁组抑郁、焦虑因子分高于常模 ,P <0 .0 5 ;4 0岁以上组躯体化、强迫因子分高于常模 ,P <0 .0 5。结论
Objective: To study the mental health state of nurses in the specific environment of psychiatric department. Method: 148 nurses who are working in psychiatric department were assessed with SCL-90 .The results were compared with norms. Result: The positive rate was 32.4%. The factorial score of hostility on group of 18～29 years old was higher than that of the norm of the normal Chinese. The factorial scores of depression and anxiety on group of 30～39 years old were higher than Chinese normal. The scores of somatization and obession on group over 40 years old were higher than the norm.Conclusion: Compared to the normal people, the nurses in psychiatric department were influenced at different degree.
