摘要
采用梨和中草药的提取浓缩物为原料,利用琼脂的凝胶特性及形成凝胶软糖的工艺条件,研制出一种软糯而富有梨膏特有滋味和保健功能的软糖。
bstract A new technique of jelly sweets was discussed using pear juice and extracts of Chinese herbal medicines. Candy sweet of health care with a special flavor of pear, soft and elastic texture were developed.
