摘要
通过收集宁波口岸进口的香米、大米以及白糯米3种样品,用SDS—PAGE(十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳)鉴定方法,确定了上述样品醇溶蛋白的电泳图谱,并在此基础上构建了各样品醇溶蛋白在B、C两组区间的电泳图谱。同时,对影响电泳图谱的若干因素进行了研究和探索,为今后具体香米品种鉴定工作的开展提供了一定的实验依据。
We collected three kinds of import rice which are Thai Hom Mali Rice, normal rice and sticky rice from Ningbo Port in recent years. Then, we gained some electrophoresis pattern of the prolamine which extracted from these three kinds of samples by SDS- PAGE (sodium dodecyl sulfate - polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis). Based on that, we worked out the three samples' electrophoresis patterns of prolamine between B and C section. In addition, we also investigated some factors which can probably affect the result of electrophoresis patterns, and all of these will provide some reference for the future experiments of the identification of the purity of the import Thai Hom Mali Rice .
