乳腺癌中的HPV16感染对hTERT蛋白表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的为了研究乳腺癌中的HPV16感染对hTERT蛋白表达的影响。方法检测了人乳头状瘤病毒HPV16和人端粒酶逆转录酶(hTERT)在乳腺癌中的表达。应用免疫组化SP法共检测了52例乳腺癌和16例乳腺良性瘤HPV16和hTERT蛋白的表达。结果表明HPV16和hTERT蛋白在乳腺癌组的阳性表达率均显著高于乳腺良性瘤组。统计分析表明,hTERT蛋白表达阳性率与HPV感染率密切相关(P<0.05)。结论HPV16感染参与了乳腺癌的发生,其致癌机制可能是通过某种途径引起hTERT蛋白表达增加而导致乳腺癌的发生。 To investigate the affection of infection of human papillomavirus on expression of hTERT (human telomerase reverse transeiptase) in breast cancer, we detected the expression of HPV - 16 and hTERT. Fifty - two samples of breast cancer and sixteen samples of benign breast tumor were assayed using immunohistoehemieal SP method for detection of HPV - 16 and hTERT protein expression level. The expression of HPV - 16 and hTERT was higher than that of the benigh breast tumor group. Analysis showed that the expression of hTERT was obviously correlated with the infection of HPV16 in breast cancer( P 〈 0.05). HPV might play an important role in carcinogenesis of breast cancer in Harbin. Its possible mechanism was as follows: Infection of HPV induced the activation of hTERT by an unknown route. This might promote the generation of breast cancer.
