以端粒酶为靶点治疗乳腺癌的研究进展

摘要 端粒酶是一种可以维持端粒长度的RNA酶,抑制端粒酶可能会使端粒缩短并使肿瘤无限增殖停止。本文对以端粒酶为靶点治疗乳腺癌的研究进展作一综述。 Telomerase is a kind of RNase that cart maintain the length of telomere, The lnnlnltion of telomerase may lead to telomere shortening and cessation of unrestrained tumor proliferation. The progress on telomerase as target for the treatment of breast cancer is summarized in this article.
