摘要
目的测定珍珠粉中的氨基酸含量。方法邻苯二甲醛(OPA)柱前衍生反相高效液相色谱法,采用荧光检测,梯度洗脱。结果该法在28 min之内分离出15种氨基酸。结论该法样品用量少、灵敏度高、线性范围宽、重现性好,适于分离大量样品。
Objective In this paper, we determined amino acids in pearl powder. Methods A manual pre -column derivation procedure has been developed by reversed -phase HPLC with 0 -phthalaldehyde and fluorescence detector. Results More than 15 amino acids were separated within 28 rain. Conclusion The method is sensitive, precise and shows good repeatability.
