摘要
个别化教育成为当今世界各国教育改革的一个重要趋势。随着高校研究生招生规模的不断扩大,研究生实践能力及综合素质的个体差异也越来越突出。文章探讨了在研究生课程学习之外实施特别培养计划的实施目标和实施过程,以此作为研究生个别化教育的重要手段之一,从而满足社会对研究生的重创新、高素质、多层次的要求。
Nowadays, individual education is an important trend in the education reforms around the world. As more and more students pursue graduate studies, individual differences emerge in their practical ability and overall quality. This paper focuses on the aim and process of implementing the extracurricular Special Training Program. It is one of the significant methods to achieve individual education that satisfies all social demands of postgraduates, innovation, high quality and multilevel abilities.
