HPLC法测定祛瘀散结胶囊中人参皂苷Rg_1和Rb_1的含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨祛瘀散结胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Rb1的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Rb1的含量,色谱柱Hanbon Science & Technology Co.,Ltd Lichrospher NH2柱,乙腈-水(77∶23)为流动相,检测波长203nm,流速1.0mL·min-1。结果:该方法线性关系良好,人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Rb1的线性范围分别为0.0503~0.5026mg.mL-1和0.0504~0.5040mg·mL-1,相关系数分别为0.9999和0.9996,平均回收率分别为100.63%和98.13%,RSD%分别为0.87%和1.25%(n=6)。结论:该方法精密度高、分离度良好,稳定性、重现性好,可用于祛瘀散结胶囊的质量控制。 HPLC is adopted to establish a method to determine the content of Ginsenoside Rg, and Ginsenoside Rb, in stasis -dissol- ving capsule. The system consists of NH2 column while acetonitrile - water (77: 23) is a mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 ml rain and the UV detection wavelength is 203 nm. A good linear correlation has been found in HPLC. As for ginsenoside Rg,, the average recovery is 100. 63 %, RSD is 0. 87 % ( n = 6) , and the linear range is 0. 050 3 - 0. 502 6 mg· mL ( r = 0. 999 9) ; as for ginsenoside Rg2, the average recovery is 98. 13 % , RSD is 1.25 % ( n = 6) , and the linear range is 0. 050 4 - 0. 504 0 mg· mL ( r = 0. 999 6). The paper comes to the conclusion that this method is accurate and can be used for quality control of the stasis - dissolving capsule.
