摘要
目的建立测定橘红化痰消积合剂中柚皮苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱:Phenomenex-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-醋酸-水(38∶0.5∶62);检测波长:283 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:40℃。结果柚皮苷在85.6-856μg之间,线性关系良好,加样回收率99.07%,RSD=1.04%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便、准确,具有很好的重现性和稳定性,可以用于橘红化痰消积合剂的质量控制。
Objective To select the method for Determination of Naringin in Juhonghuatanxiaoji Oral Solution by HPLC. Methods The colunm employed was Phenomenex - C18 Column （4.6mm ×250mm,5 μm） ;The mobile phase was methanol - acetic acid - water（38： 0. 5： 62） ; The detection was effected at 283 nm;the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and column temperature was 40 ℃. Results The linear range of Naring- in was 85.6 - 856 μg （ r = 0. 9999）, the mean recovery was 99.07%, RSD = 1.04% （ n = 6）. Conclution This method is simple, rapid and accurate with good reproducibility. It is suitable for the quality contrd of Juhonghuatanxiaoji Oral Solution.
