摘要
目的：建立用高效液相色谱法蒸发光散射检测器测定虚汗停口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量测定。方法：采用Kromasil ODS—C18（4.6mm×250mm，5μm）色谱柱，流动相为乙腈-水（32：68），流速为1．0m1·minn^-1；柱温：40℃；ELSD参数：漂移管温度100℃，氮气流速：2．5ml·min^-1。结果：黄芪甲苷在3．03—15．16μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9996；平均回收率98.56％，RSD为1.71％。结论：该方法操作简单，重现性好，适用于虚汗停口服液的质量控制。
Objective： TO establish an HPLC - ELSD method for determination of Astragaloside IV in Xuhanting Orally Liquor. Method： The chromatographic conditions included the Kromasil ODS -C18 （4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） chromatographic column and mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - water（32 ： 68）, the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^ -1 ; column temperature was 40℃ ; ELSD parameter： diift tube temperature was 100℃ and the flow rate of nitrogen was 2.5 ml·min ^-1. Result ： Astragaloside IV showed a good linearity at range from 3.03- 15. 16μg, r = 0.9996 ; the average recovery was 98.56% with RSD 1.71%. Conclusion： the method is simple, good reproducibility, fit to the quality control for Xuhanting Orally Liquor
