摘要
目的测试农药苯氧威原药经口、经皮的急性毒性和对眼、皮肤的刺激性、皮肤的致敏性,小鼠骨髓染色体畸变作用、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌致突变性。方法经口、经皮急性毒性试验,眼、皮肤刺激试验、皮肤致敏试验、染色体畸变试验、致突变试验均按照我国现行《农药登记毒理学试验方法》规定方法进行。结果苯氧威原药对大鼠急性经口、经皮毒性属低毒,对兔眼无刺激性、对豚鼠皮肤,属弱致敏物、对小鼠无明显致染色体畸变作用、对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌无致突变作用。结论苯氧威原药对人畜较为安全。
Objective To test the acute oral and dermal toxicity, the skin and eye irritability, and the dermal delayed hypersensitivity reactions of fenoxyeard. Methods All of the tests including the acute oral and dermal toxicity, eye and skin irritability, the dermal delayed hypersensitivity reactions (DHRs), and Ames test were based on the Chinese standards of “toxicological test methods of pesticides for registration”. Results Acute oral and dermal toxicity of fenoxyeard was lower; there were no skin and eye irritabilities in rabbits. It was a weak sensitizer. Conclusion Fenoxycard is safe to use for human beings and domestic animals.
