摘要
本文叙述了采用高效液相色谱法以异丙醇︰正己烷(10︰90)为流动相,CHIRALPAK AS-H手性柱和紫外检测器分析精异丙甲草胺的含量。结果表明,精异丙甲草胺的线性关系系数为:0.275 6;变异系数为:0.29;回收率为:99.7%。
A HPLC method for the determination of S-metolachlor TC using CHIRALPAK AS-H column,isopropanol-hexane（10∶90 by vol） as mobile phase and UV detector is described. The results show that the linear correlation coefficient is 0.999 8,the variation coefficient is 0.29%, the average recovery is 99.7% respectively.
