高效液相色谱法检测蔬菜中的吡虫啉残留 被引量:21

摘要 本文建立了一种果蔬中吡虫啉农药残留的高效液相色谱检测方法。样品经乙腈提取、盐析、LC-NH2小柱净化,采用高效液相色触紫外检测器进行测定,色谱柱:Waters Symmetry Shieldr^TM C18(4.6×250mm,5μm);柱温:30.0℃;检测波长:275nm;流动相:甲醇:水:乙腈=55:25:20(体积比);流速:0.8mL/min;进样量:10.0μL。吡虫啉在0.1mg/L至1.0mg/L的添加范围内线陛良好,线性关系系数r为0.9925;添加水平为0.05-0.20mg/kg时,西红柿样品的平均回收率为95.4%-106.8%,相对标准偏差为2.66%。7.99%。结果表明该方法具有快速、灵敏、准确等优点,适合蔬菜中吡虫啉农药残留的测定。 A novel high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed for the analysis of irnidaeloprid pesticide residue in fresh vegetables. Imidaeloprid was extracted from the samples by acetouitrile, purified with LC-NH2 column and determined by high performance liquid chromatography with UV detection. Symmetry ShieldTM C18 column (4.6×250 mm, 5 pan) using the mixture of methanol, water and acetonitrile (55:25:20) as tbe mobile phase. The column temperature, flow rate, detection wavelength and sample volume were 30.0 ℃, 0.8 rnL/min, 275 nm and 10.0 μL, respectively. Within the linear range of 0.1-1.0 mg/L, the correlation coefficient, the recoveries of irnidaeloprid in tomato and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 0.9925, 95.4%-106.8 % and 2.66%-7.99%, respectively, The method was simple, effective and accurate. It can be applied to determinate irrtidaeloprid pesticide residue in fresh vegetables.
