摘要
传统的质量成本特性曲线 ,只给出质量成本 4个项目和产品的合格质量水平之间关系的定性描述 ,难以进行量化分析。首先分析传统质量成本特性曲线的缺陷 ;然后在引进田口质量损失函数的基础上 ,利用柯布 -道格拉斯函数 ,导出质量成本曲线的表达式 ;最后利用统计资料得出质量成本的数学表达式 ,对质量成本进行盈亏平衡分析。通过运用质量成本特性曲线方程对企业质量改进进行经济分析 。
The traditional curve of quality cost only gives us qualitative description of the relationship between the four items of quality cost and the qualification level which is difficult to make quantitative analysis .The defects in traditional analysis of quality cost curve are analyzed. Based on Tiankou's quality losing function and Cobb Douglas production function, the curve & equation of quality cost is drawn. Through statistics the mathematics express of quality cost curve is obtained to analyze the gain and loss of quality cost. With the curve & equation of quality cost an economic analysis of improvement on products quality in companies' practice is put forward, and suggestions of policy decision based on quantitative analysis of products quality improvement is provided.
