摘要
不同生育时期干旱处理均使春玉米功能叶片中CAT活性和POD活性降低,CAT在吐丝期干旱处理时其活性降低幅度最大,达52.97%;POD在抽雄期干旱处理时其活性降低幅度最大,达32.01%;不同生育时期干旱处理均使功能叶片中MDA含量增加,苗期干旱处理时增加幅度最大,达57.77%。不同生育时期干旱处理对平均穗粒数影响最大的时期为抽雄期;对百粒重影响最大的时期为灌浆期;对单株产量影响最大的时期为抽雄期。对各处理单株产量进行方差分析说明,除成熟期干旱处理与对照相比差异不显著外,其它各生育时期干旱处理与对照相比差异均达到极显著水平,即不同生育时期干旱处理产量均下降,以孕穗期到开花期干旱处理产量下降幅度最大,减产幅度在58.73~75.41个百分点之间。
CAT and POD activity were reduced by drought treatment at different growth stages in spring maize functional leaves. CAT activity was reduced mostly by drought treatment at silking and the reduced percent was 52.97%. POD activity was decreased mostly by drought treatment at tasseling and the decreased percent was 32.01%. MDA content was increased by drought treatment at different growth stages in spring maize functional leaves, and increased mostly by drought treatment at seedling and the increased percent was 57.77%. Grains of average corncob were affected mostly at tasseling drought treatment; weight of 100-grain was affected mostly at grain drought treatment; yield of single plant was affected mostly at tasseling drought treatment. Result of variance analysis at treatments in yield of single plant showed that variance of drought treatment at others growth stages was all quite signal comparing with CK except that variance of drought treatment at ripening was not signal comparing with CK, namely yield was all reduced by drought treatment at different growth stages, and yield was reduced mostly by drought treatment at silking to florescence and the reduced percent was 58.72% to 75.41%.
